Andrew Otis Mack died 4 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, 1990, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 18, a native of Baton Rouge and resident of Denham Springs. He was a Runnels High School student.
Visitation will be at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, after 9:30 a.m. until religious services at 11:30 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery. Survived by father and stepmother, Wallace Ray Jr. and Beryl B. Mack, Herndon, VA; a brother, Wallace Ray Mack III, Sherman, Texas; two stepbrothers, Benjamin M. Bell, Austin, Texas, and Burton C. Bell, Hollywood, Calif.; maternal grandparents, James H. Jr. and Elaine Hughes, Denham Springs; four aunts and two uncles, Holley A. Hughes, Denham Springs, Heather Hughes Tabor, Prairieville, Ora S. Love, Oakdale, Mr. and Mrs. M.A. Schiltz, Oakdale, and James H. Hughes III, Denham Springs.
Preceded in death by mother, Angela Kaye Santisteban.
Pallbearers will be Burton and Benjamin Bell, Keith Mallon, Lee Alessi, Hans Kroenke and Donald Little. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to MADD.
